Silly Fusilli


Comforting and nutritious, this pasta dish costs roughly $3 a serve.



 

INGREDIENTS
Kale 
White beans, tinned 
Olive Oil 
Pasta 
Pasta sauce (Napoli)
Cherry or sundried tomatoes
Basil 
Vegetable stock

METHOD

  1. Prepare pasta according to packet directions
  2. Lightly fry butter beans in olive oil
  3. Add 1/2 a cup of vegetable stock and kale
  4. Simmer until kale is lightly cooked (but not too soft)
  5. Stir through pasta sauce & cooked pasta 
  6. garnish with basil and tomatoes
